I have spent all day working on an assignment for school and wasn't going to post, but I just watched the best freaking show on TV and I had to share.
It's this new show on TLC -- hey, stop laughing -- called Property Ladder, and it's about the world's most moronic real estate entrepreneurs. Well, really it's about "flipping" properties, buying them at rock-bottom prices and renovating them to sell for a profit, but I can't help feeling a teeny bit better about my own investments after watching. I don't know where they find these smarmy guys and ditzy girls* who think they're going to break into real estate, but it is fantastically bad. Truly appointment TV from now on.
Off to see if the kind folks at TWoP have gotten a hold of this one yet....
*Okay, well the ditzy girls were from Texas -- go figure that one out.
